About Photography by Anna Kaufman
My name is Anna Kaufman and I am a San Diego based photographer covering weddings, portraits, and events throughout Southern California.
My passion for photography was first ignited while shooting for my high school paper, and following that, I spent several years working as a professional photojournalist covering news and sporting events.
While photographing my first wedding, I discovered that my years of photojournalistic experience carried over well into the realm of weddings. That experience helps me to capture all the moments of excitement, anticipation, laughter, and love that make up a couple's adventure through their special day.
With my own wedding just a few years ago, I not only understand all the details of shooting the perfect photo, but also what moments are the most important to capture. Out of all the photos taken on my wedding day, a candid photo of my wedding party goofing off is by far my favorite photo because of the memories attached to that image. I strive to learn my client's taste and preferences and use that information to tailor my shots to include the images that they also will treasure for years to come.
I would say that my style is relaxed and natural. I always make sure to cover all of the important posed shots, but I will also capture lots of candid moments. Your day is about you and my job is to capture it in an honest and thoughtful way. Nothing could please me more than knowing years from now you'll look back on your wedding photos and laugh or shed tears of joy.

Includes: 8 hours coverage, up to 3 locations, password protected gallery to view proofs and share with friends & family, a DVD with all the edited images in high resolution with color corrections and enhancements (black & white, sepia, etc), and $100 credit towards prints
Platinum Wedding Package ... $1600
Includes: all day coverage (up to 12 hours), unlimited locations, password protected gallery to view proofs and share with friends & family, a DVD with all the edited images in high resolution with color corrections and enhancements (black & white, sepia, etc), and $200 credit towards prints
Engagement Session ... $200
Includes: 1 location, password protected gallery to view proofs and share with friends & family, a DVD with all the edited images in high resolution with color corrections and treatments (black & white, sepia, etc)
